My daughter is transferring to Penn State Capital Campus next fall. She will have a car and we are trying to find an apartment that has parking and is safe. Seems like all the apartments on campus are way too expensive. Is Middletown a good place for a student? Any other towns I should look into? Like I said she will have a car, so distance shouldn't be a problem.
