As a renter, do I need to fill out the residential work permit form in Eddystone? My nosy ass neighbor is telling me yes, I am saying no. I don't want to call the city and ask, as I don't want to give myself away. I have some minor work that needs to be done by a contractor that my landlord is approving. Do I need to fill out this dumb permit form before hand? I am all set with getting fined, but also don't want to go through the process if I can avoid it.
