Can I make my landlord buy new appliances? I have rented this apartment for 5 years now and when I first looked at it he said he would replace the appliances within a few months. They are really old! I called him a few times and he said he will get around to it. Well not the oven is broken and I have to cook all my meals with the toaster oven and microwave. It's just crazy!
