Signed a lease for a 2 bedroom apartment pretty excited, the only problem is the house is completely white, white walls, carpet, shelves, cabinets everything! Before I move in do I have rights to ask the landlord to paint it? I want to get rid of the carpet to will the landlord agree to that?
