I would suggest looking at the Downtown or the University District, but this is assuming that you're going to Riverfront Research Park since I don't know of any other Universities in the area. If this is wrong, post on here again and I can try to help you. The Downtown District is going to be a little more expensive, but will be worth it because you won't be surrounded by undergrads and will have the downtown area near you.
