Deer Creek of Xenia listing. I spoke to the property manager here, they seem super nice. Everything seems perfect, from the rent to the location for me, to the fact that they offer a washer and dryer hookup. Anyone have anything to say about this place? About to submit my rental app soon.
Yes, Deer Creek is a place I've heard great things about. My cousin-in-law lives there and he and his wife love it. They've been there for around four years I think, but I'd have to double check. I'd definitely encourage you to apply there, and if everything seems perfect to you (manager, location, washer/dryer, etc.) then just go with your gut. Congrats.
