Can anyone help provide information on Oakbrook apartments and Stony Creek apartments? both buildings are in my price range and offer the same amenities but I don't know which one to choose. How long does it take for maintenance to come in and fix a repair? how are the neighbors and noise? I need to choose soon both places are waiting for my answer.
