Where can we safely put packages when not home? I sometimes work from home. I get a lot of UPS packages sent to me but I'm worried what will happen to them if I'm not home. I'm worried if someone tries to steal it if the man puts it by my mailbox.
Have you spoken to your neighbors? Often times neighbors would be happy to sign for packages. Do you live in a complex? If so, property managers(aka. the main office) may sign for your package. Finally, if neither of these work, you can always leave a note that the package must be signed for, which means you may need to venture to the Fedex, UPS or USPS location where they will hold said package.
