I am renting a 3 bedroom apartment right now for $900 a month. I am looking for someone to rent out one of the rooms and split the rent. The 3rd room is used as and office/den/guest room. I would like to split rent 50/50. Utilities are included in rent you just have to pay for internet. I'm looking for a professional in his or her late 20's.
