I need to find a 4 bedroom house that has been renovated with new kitchen appliances, hard wood floors, fireplace, has a washer and dryer and dishwasher, fenced in backyard, attached garage and spacious closets. I want to be close to the schools, parks, and walk/biking paths. I have two young kids so I don't want to live near campus or off campus apartments/houses. My budget is $1100.
