I am searching for either a studio or loft apartment in downtown. I work as a bartender for Quiet Man Pub and want to be able to walk to my apartment. I don't like apartment communities because they are very particular and have soo many rules and guidelines.

I currently pay $1000 in rent and want to find a place for that amount or under.
