Is this a nice area to live in? How are the neighborhoods and how much does a 3 bedroom single family cost in this area? I work in buffalo and trying to find a new place to live to find something different. I thought Niagara falls would be a fun and entertaining place but I've heard it has a bad rep for safety and crime, is this true?
