I'm seeing a ton of apartments available immediately on Broadway and Washington Street. Never living in the downtown area I want to make sure I'm living in a safe area and in a safe building. Are most of these buildings older/historic with brick touches? Is there permit/off street parking close by and do the buildings come with laundry rooms?
