I need a spacious 3 bedroom house that is close to the golf courses. I'm a massage therapist at a spa but I also have clients that come to my house so I need a place with a finished basement with open space and tons of space for parking. Would a landlord allow me to do that? I also want a fenced backyard for a dog and attach garage.
