The MyApartmentMap search engine allows you to select a price range for your apartment, so if you search in Highland you can make it so only apartments from $300-$1000 are shown. As for the backyard, that isn't a search criteria on the site, unfortunately. What you'll have to do is look at pictures of properties you like, and/or contact the property manager or landlord and ask about the yard. Best of luck to you.

I am looking for 2 bedroom apartment $300 to 950 rent monthly in highland ny . I want a yard for my daughter to play .
