My friend and i are interested in renting out a unit at the Stonington Park apartments. We have the money to pay for rent but we are also seniors in colleges and a lot of paces we looked at already turned us down and said we wouldn't be responsible enough. It also help that we both don't have good credit, will that hurt out chances at this place?
