14th Ave to the shopping center? This website has many places listed on 14th Avenue that look like decent rentals. I don't have a car and would rather not pay for an NJT pass. I know there is a Target or Walmart behind Frank Golden Park.

Now, as far as your questioned is concerned, I am going to have to take another guess and say you are wondering if it is within walking distance? If yes, then the answer is Yes, so long as you are on the Powell Cove side of 14th.
