I am relocating to Binghamton because of a new job. I have been working in a minimum wage job up to this point because of loss of past job. Credit history is sketchy. Any suggestions?
I would be up front with the landlord if they request a credit check. Some landlords don't require a credit check. Once you find an apartment you like in Binghamton just call the landlord and see what is required to sign a lease. Good luck!
