Is it cheaper to live near Great Cove or close to one of the lakes? Either way I want to be close to water. I don't want to be too far from downtown Bay shore and the train station. I need a place with 2 bedrooms, $1600 a month with updated appliances, hard wood floors, on site laundry, and private parking.
