As a renter in Teaneck, you are responsible for your own trash collection? WTH is up with this? My new landlord tells me I need to setup trash collection and that the city does not handle it for us? So, everyone basically contracts out a waste management company, even rental properties? Who do I use for this? I am seeing tons of options, who is the best?
