Is this area considered more of an upscale town or vacation spot in the summer? Most of the prices in rent are $200 over my budget, will the rent increase even more when the summer comes? Is the cost of rent high in this area? I'm a Marketing Manager but I want to make sure I'm living in a middle class area.
