When does this area start getting busy with tourist? Is it after Memorial Day? I just renovated my house and designed a 1 bedroom apartment in my basement, I'm wondering if I should rent it out monthly or weekly during the spring and summer? It is walking distance to the beach has it's own private entrance and parking, it's furnished and the appliances are 4 years old.
