I'm terrible with rent prices. Me and my roommate are looking for a apartment and everything seems over our budget and Hawthorne is the cheapest town we've seen. we are trying to stay under $1600 on rent which includes utilities. We also need to find a place with a washer/dryer, deadbolt locks,close to the train, and parking.
