Is there Anywhere to Hike? I'm moving from the Lincoln New Hampshire where there's a ton of places to hike and camp. I hear NJ is the arm pit of America and there is no place to be earthy crunchy. Is there anywhere to actually go hiking and camping in NJ?
The North, North West of NJ has a great deal of places you could go camping. A quick search of some camping related sites brings up a handful of places within an hour or two drive of East Orange. So, to answer your question, YES! you can find outdoor/crunchy type activities near East Orange NJ.
