If I rent a 2 bedroom apartment in a multifamily house should I be concerned about more rules and regulations sense landlords can "keep and eye on me". I'm a good tenant but I do like to have friends over for gatherings and I want to make sure that won't be a problem, and I rather not live in a building where the landlord also lives.
