Can I afford to live here? I know Apline is considered ritzy/posh, but would love to be able to rent a pad there. I make around 40k a year and have virtually no expenses. What's the going rate for a 1 bedroom?
First of all good luck finding an apartment in Alpine, it's mostly houses. You might get lucky and find someone renting a garage apartment or pool house, but it's very rare. You might want to check out Yokers it's only 2 miles form Alpine.
