Is it to early to sign up for a lease starting in July? I am looking for a 3 bedroom house in Wolfboro for the month of July- December. I would like to be right on the water, I don't mind living in a vacation home as long as it comes with all utilities including internet cable, and washer and dryer. How much would that cost each month?
