I just wanted to say, having grown up in Rollinsford, good luck finding an apartment here. While a gem of a rental might pop up from time to time, finding one when you want one is very very rare. I would try Dover if you need to remain in the area.
You are correct about Rollinsford. Due to it's size, Rollinsford can be tough to find a rental in. I have a building near the old mill, we have 5 units and renting them out has never been an issue due to the lack of properties for rent in town.
Unfortunately Fud is correct in my experience. Finding apartments for renters in Rollinsford is tough work. Not impossible, but would definitely have more success in neigboring towns.
