I hear Pelham is a more upscale or upper middle class area is this true? I also heard it's a great place to live, quiet but close to everything. I am hoping to find a 3 bedroom townhouse in the area that is newly constructed and has easy access to 111 and I-93. I can afford $1200 a month.
