Is North Hampton Mainly motels, hotels, and vacation homes? I work in Portsmouth and trying to find a place thats close by but not expensive. I need a one year lease and I know Hampton gets busy with tourist so they only sell vacation homes a certain amount of time, Is North Hampton the same? I'm hoping to find a newly constructed 2 bedroom condo with a garage.
