I live in Portsmouth but wondering if it's less/cheaper to live in New Castle. Is New Castle right next to Portsmouth? How far away will I be from downtown? My lease is ending next month and all the prices in rent seem a bit too high so I'm hoping you can help me find a place for $700 a month but still be close to Portsmouth.
New Castle is primarily residential homes. There are no apartment buildings. Chances of finding an apartment in New Castle is pretty rare. Portsmouth has a lot of different types of apartments.
