Hello, I have a couple of general questions regarding renting an apartment. They are as follows:
1) Who usually pays utilities? How can I determine who pays them? 2) How many people can typically live in a single apartment? I am considering getting roomies, I need to know what is acceptable. Is it a per bedroom type of thing?
