I was considering renting a place in Ocean Isle Beach for the Winter. Through the use of this site and it's great tools, I see I can rent a spot about 5 or 6 miles away for about 1/3 the price. What would I be giving up if for example I decided to rent in Kingston, where the rent is almost 400 dollars less for a 2 bedroom, instead of OIB?
