Is it advisable for non students to rent an apartment in Chapel Hill? If I decided to rent a place in town, will I be surrounded by students? Do any of you living in Chapel Hill NOT attend school? I love the area, I love everything about Chapel Hill, I just can't deal w/ students who want to party non stop. I need some peace and quiet.
