A 3 bedroom house for $425 and you rent "as is". Would this be a good risk/deal to take. The description says it needs a little work but it's a lot cheaper. Besides a inspector is there anyone else i can have check the house and let me know how much the repairs will cost. Is this all worth it for a rented house?
