My bed and breakfast business is becoming very slow and loosing profit, I had an idea to turn rooms into studio apartments to rent out for cheap price. Do you think that is something that will be effective? We did add bathrooms to each room but have two kitchens that people would use as common room to cook meals. The rooms are 600 sq. ft. Do you think I can attract tenants at all or is this just a bad idea
