What should I do? I am traveling for business and will be gone for 6 months. I tried renting out my apartment when I'm away and had no one interested. I left 2 weeks ago and got a email from a guy that's interested but I can't meet him in person and not sure if I can trust or rely on him to live in my apartment with all my things. What should I do?
