I found a studio apartment for $400 but it is in a Victorian house on North avenue. I was already offered the apartment but my concerns are the structure of the house and the upkeep, plus I've only spoken to the landlord on the phone, I didn't ask if it was inside a house or a house turned into an apartment building.
