I'm going to be moving out of my apartment after Thanksgiving. I been in this apartment for 2 years so of course there have been damages to the place, minor things from living in the apartment. My landlord is trying to charge me a cleaning fee because I had a cat and a fee because my hard wood floors are all scuffed up. Now think that is ridiculous and I told him I refuse to pay. Is there a way he can legal ask me to pay?
