Me and my roommate are looking at apartments to rent. Do landlords usually ask for both of our credit information? I have a good job but have bad credit and my roommate does. Can we just put his name on the lease or will they ask for both our information.If we don't get approved because of me can he just look at a place himself and I move in a later time?
