There are no available listings in Hopkins accepting Section 8 currently. However, if you search on My Apartment Map, at the top there is an area to 'show advanced options'. There you can select a Section 8 modifier. The slide bar is automatically set to 15 miles from Hopkins, and you can adjust it as you need, just like the bedrooms slide bar. 10 miles out offers 6 units currently, and the further you move it out, the more you can see. You shouldn't have trouble finding something now.
