I would like to find a 2 bedroom in Edina with Heat and Hot Water Included. Heating a place in Minn. during the Winter will be next to impossible on my income. Is this a far stretch to ask for something like this?
Also, anyone have any tips on how to keep my apartment warm without cranking the heat?
