Will a landlord allow 2 couples to live in a 2 bedroom condo? I've heard stories of people saying their landlord will charge and extra fee for every person. Should we even bother telling him and just say our girlfriends come over alot. The only problem we are concerned about is parking spots and closet space but we need something affordable.
