I haven't been a landlord that long so I don't know what the process is when a tenant hasn't been paying his rent. I gave him warnings and want to know if there's a legal way I can force him out. My main concern is getting him out of the apartment but I do want to try and get him to pay the 2 months of rent he skipped out on.
