Leaky, drafty windows in my apartment. Maine winters can be brutal. I have windows my landlord will NOT replace, even though they are drafty and obviously leak heat. What are some things I can do to fix this issue myself? Looking for DIY type tips for the frugal renter.

Go to the local hardware store and buy some caulking and seal your windows.
