Me and 2 friends/roommates are looking to rent out a 3 bedroom spacious house close to University of Maine. The most each of us can pay is $350 a month so need something under $1000. We want a place with eat in kitchen, spacious driveway, finished basement with washer and dryer, and big living room, extra storage and closet space. Landlord should be ok with us having people over.
