I am looking for a colonial style house with 4 bedrooms, 2.4 bathrooms, a office, separate dining room, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, big backyard and drive way. I have a boat and need a place to keep it, also why I prefer to be near the lake. Can I find a place like that for $1200?
