I need a two bedroom townhouse with my own private entrance, private patio and 1 car garage. I want to be close to Rt 1 and I-95. I want to try and stay under $1100 in rent and have a 1 year lease starting in December. For utilities I want heat, water, sewage, trash included. Does internet and cable usually come with rent or do renters have to pay for it themselves?
