Is 840 square feet considers a good amount of space for a 1 bedroom? I'm trying to find a 1 bedroom apartment for around $1200 with a spacious open floor plan but most of the places i've seen are small and cramped. I just want to know the average size of a 1 bedroom for this kind of price. If I'm stuck with a small apartment what are some tricks I can use to make the space look bigger?
