Neighborhood Watch in Checy Chase. I would like to either join or start a neighborhood watch in the area of my apartment complex. Lots of car thefts and vandalism and I think with enough people watching over things and us taking a proactive approach we can curb the crime. I am looking for more information, anyone got any ideas?
